ENGLISH TO ACHIEVE GLOBAL BUSINESS



The honorable team jury and committee also all beloved participant of student office administration competition. Let me introduce myself, my name is siti ngudiyati participant number – good afternoon everybody, hope all of you still have good spirit to follow my presentation. In here, I would like to present my presentation with title ENGLISH TO ACHIEVE GLOBAL BUSINESS.
In my presentation we will discuss about why english is important, then we will discuss about the importance english in business, and the last we will discuss about the benefits to have english skill.
What’s your first mind if I say English? Did you mind that english is difficult? Did you mind that english is a most discouraging lesson? Actually is not. In fact, many benefits that we can take by study english. In here, especially for secretary. Imagine if a secretary is poor in english. How the company can improve their business? As we know that secretary is a company representation and person who build relations with any party.

Why english is very important
In this era, as we are about to face AEC , of course we have a lot to prepare if do not want to drown in it. As a secretary in a company that moves in business, we sued to have excellent skill and increasing follow the era. In this era, foreign language are very needed. Why/ because a company surely did not inly in partnership with domestic company but also with foreign company. And then, what the language that very important? Actually it is english. Why? Because as we know that english is an international language that connect every languages.

The importance of english in business
To achieve a global business, secretary sued for having fluency english communication. In the workplace our boss usually has client or investors overseas. If we are meeting and noted conversation in the meeting we must understand english well to get the conclusions in a meeting. Also, when receives foreign guests good communication in english are necessary so that information that given to us can be handle immediately. In addition to make it easy for the job and add the ability, english also made value-added to our career continuity.
The ability to communicate and interact with leaders, outsiders and business associate is important role of a secretary. she also should has knowledge to be able to compete in the business world.
By having secretary that proficient in english , of course it is highly profitable for the company. Due to develop its business to global business related to foreign companies that surely communicate with english. If the company had secretary with her adeptness of english, then the way to won business opportunities are very big. Secretary can help leaders to negotiate , correspondence and build good relations with these foreign companies.

The benefits have english skill
english is the capital to compete for a better job and an international language that connects every language. With english we can :
1.       Improve career
2.       Get higher position than peers do not have
3.       Ease to communicate with anyone, anywhere
4.       Makes confident and do not afraid to do anything

Well ladies and gentlemen, I already talk about how very important english in a company to achieve global business. Now, I would like to invite jury to give me questions.

Conclusions
English is important skill of secretary. English also very important in an enterprise. A company that owns secretary with good english skill will take the company to achieve global business. Because with english, company can easily build a relationship with foreign party to develop its business become global business.
